Company: Nomura Asset Management 野村證券投資信託股份有限公司 (野村投信)

Job Title: Part-timer for 5 months, 3 days per week

Job Description:
1. Employee Attendance Management: responsible for:
-Employee Daily Access Records maintenance and management.
-Prepare the weekly attendance report to EC(executive committee), department heads and employees. Analysis irregular access/attendance records and follow up with individual.
-Prepare and analysis the Comparison report between attendance report and monthly overtime application.
-Support for 8 weeks flex working schedule system management.
2. Provide HR Operational supports, including:
-HR data filling.
-On boarding processes: health checkup arrangement, on boarding documents collection.
-Employee Group life insurance payment application.
-Applying for visas, ARC and other required documentation for non-Taiwanese employees are submitted to external vendor.
3 Support HR events coordination.
4 Support the recruitment administration tasks such as interview arrangement, candidate co-ordination etc.
5 Ad Hoc requests assigned by the Head of HR&Adm.

Education:
– Bachelor degree or student, in HR related field such as business management, business administration, or similar will a plus.
Experience:
– Not required, but a plus if any
Skills:
– PC skills: Proficient in the use of MS Office application, strong operation of Excel.
– Excellent in Chinese and Good English capability
Others: Proactive, detail-oriented and well-organized
